There is clearly a growing need for light weight products like Panda's Malware Radar. I tested malware radar and Prevx's new CSI-Enterprise product and was amazed at the results. Both products worked well and detected a broad mix of threats that had evaded our current security.

I liked both products a lot but Prevx CSI-Enterprise is clearly better, feeling much more like the complete offering. It found quite a bit more than malware radar including MBR and Rustock rootkit infections. CSI-Enterprise also provided full clean-up and remediation.

I'd recommend both Prevx CSI-Enterprise and Malware Radar, not to be mistaken for these companies' consumer offerings (CSI and NanoScan).

More of these types of products would allow companies to get the benefits of running multiple AVs but without the overheads.

Great work by Panda and Prevx.
